Stress

15th May 2020

What causes stress?
-the problem, loss of a job, and divorce.

What can physically do to the body?
- high blood, no appetite for eating, can't sleep ( or sleeping too much), making bad decisions, etc.

How does stress affect the 4 areas of wellbeing?
- Depression/ Anxiety
- Unmotivated
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Unfocused
