Hello reader and this week we do PE Hurumanu, it's fun and you use fitness test the you do rising level. I go fast and I'm getting not breath if my level 9.5 because my body struggling about that. My foot is pain and I cannot but I enjoy myself. The other class are better and we was doing like hard rising to stop cone and start to jugging and running fast. If we finish to do the level we are do next is stretching and exercise then the all class are in the circle and it was pain in my leg.
Why we do this because you need to use PE we're doing healthy.
The result is run. my test is 9.5 and I do really fast but they are running good.
